Synapse has been providing professional IT-related services to major Southern California corporations for over 22 years now. We have a broad-based experience in healthcare information systems, and have handled projects ranging from hospital billing to Electronic Data Interchange processing. Our former clients include Amgen, Baxter International, Transamerica, Summit Health Corporation, and Southern California Physicians Insurance Exchange (SCPIE).

Four years ago, Synapse established a subsidiary in the Philippines - eCode Inc. - to provide alternative staffing solutions to billing companies and medical healthcare providers. Together, Synapse and eCode work collaboratively to ensure that our client-doctors achieve their revenue and profit goals.

We maintain highly competent and well-educated staff both in the US and in the Philippines, who have been thoroughly trained to perform tasks involving all facets of the billing cycle: charge and payment entry, accounts receivable follow-up, insurance and patient calling, and handling billing inquiries.
